"Enjoy the photos of our Kawartha snowboarding park in our own back yard."
The Beginning

Our Kawartha snowboarding park started with a little bit of snow, a wheel barrow and whole lot of ambition, determination and vision from our french exchange student.
The Ski Jump

Once more snow fell and the little hump grew another mogel was set up for the ski jump.
The Challenge

Another french exchange student from France came to help. Together they began to build more
challenges for the ski jump and snowboarding park.
The Help

Our neighbour, Luke, came with the family front loader and gathered all the snow from the
property to make a real hill.
The Thrill

The real thrill, was jumping off the front loader onto the hill down the sloap and into the snow park below.
The View

The view from the top was the final vision of the snow park.
The Audience

Together, with two city slicker french exchange students and a couple of farm boys with old equipment pulled out from the barns, a snow park was built.
We were amazed the most as we stood in our back yard watching these teenagers build a relationship together by just having fun.
For a full two months of winter we watched the boys grow together with confidence, conviction and comradship.
See their fun below.
